Priority Checklist:

1. NSE Placement Acceptance Form (PAF)
2. ²©²ÊÂÛ̳/National Student Exchange Student Application, $50 
3. ²©²ÊÂÛ̳/National Student Exchange Health Record Form
4. Residence Life deposit, $300
5. Unofficial transcript from your home institution
6. National Student Exchange program fee, $150
