Angel Garcia, a Lynn resident and member of Salem State鈥檚 class of 2025, is the latest in a long line of student representatives chosen to serve on the Board of Trustees, the university鈥檚 leading deliberative body. He was sworn in Thursday, September 12 by John Burke, chief of staff to Salem's Superior Court Clerk Magistrate. The ceremony swearing Garcia in was witnessed by Shawn Newton, associate vice president and dean of Students.
